The service
Tonight publishes daily digests of events in supported cities, delivered by email and, optionally, by text message. Event information comes from third-party sources; we do our best to keep it accurate but do not guarantee event details, availability, or pricing.
SMS Terms
- Program: Tonight event alerts. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Tonight at the mobile number you provided.
- Frequency: message frequency varies — typically up to one digest summary per day, plus occasional alerts for last-minute events.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email digest
You can unsubscribe from the daily email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any digest or by updating your preferences on the signup page.
Acceptable use
Tonight is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or scrape its content for redistribution.
Disclaimer
Tonight is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of Tonight after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
