Tonight (“we”, “our”) is a daily event digest service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide: your email address, and your mobile phone number only if you choose to turn on text alerts.
- Preferences: your city, taste likes and mutes, free-only and surprise settings.
- Interactions: events you pick, hide, or open, which we use to personalize your digest and Toni's suggestions (Toni looks at the last 30 days).
How we use it
- To send your daily email digest and, if you opted in, text alerts about events.
- To personalize which events we highlight for you.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, Tonight will send you event alert text messages. We use double opt-in: after signup we text you asking you to reply YES, and your number is only activated once you reply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Tonight (for example, email and SMS delivery), and when required by law.
Your choices
You can update your preferences on the signup and taste pages at any time, unsubscribe from emails via the link in any digest, or text STOP to end text alerts.
